No. The waiver is in regard to holding SCA, Inc not liable for the results 
of your own actions. No where in that waiver is any agreement made for the 
use of your likeness in any public domain.

A Modelling waiver or contract is required for any commercial or 
non-commercial publishing of photographs or images of an individual. Should 
not such a waiver be provided and signed with the photographer, any 'model' 
has priviledge over all copies of photographs they are clearly identifiable 
in.

Anyone who has used a professional photographer for weddings or other 
occasions will likely have the a waiver included in their contract, so that 
the photographer may elect to use particular pictures in their own 
advertisements in the future.

Images publicly displayed by individuals on the internet are subject to 
removal at the 'models' request, commercial or not. This can lead to 
lawsuits for illegally posted pictures should the model not consent to being 
displayed publicly.
