[MR] The 5% stuff

Hi
Don't usually add my 2 cents but ...
Due to family issues, and work have been unable to do
things lately, hoping that will change.
However, have run feasts for 50 to 75 and done most of
the cooking by myself.  Have never spendt time in the
kitchen without someone coming in and asking if they
could help.  Have never had to ask someone to clean up
after, they just appear.
I remember several years ago, doing a feast pretty
much by myself.  I had set things up so I did not need
alot of help.  One helper kept griping that I should
go out and enjoy the feast, that it wasn't "fair" that
I was in the kitchen.  Never wanted to deck someone so
much in my life.  I was very happy were I was, making
everyone happy with the food.  I had chosen to do
this, and was having fun.
