[MR] Crown Tournament updates

Noble citizens of  Atlantia -


 
Only four weeks  remain until the 50th Crown Tournament of Atlantia.  If you 
have not yet  sent a reservation, you should do so as soon as possible.   
Feast and  cabin space are still available, but are filling up quickly.   Plenty  
of tent camping space is available, however.   
 
The clean, comfortable cabins have heat, ceiling fans,  lights, and 
electrical outlets. There are two cabin groupings.   The grouping closest to the field 
have 6 beds per cabin.  The other  grouping has 7 or 8 beds per cabin.  
 
No pets are allowed on site.  We apologize for any  inconvenience this may 
cause.
 
The site is absolutely bone dry.  No  exceptions.   Do not even bring it 
onsite.  If you do, you will  be asked to leave site.
 
Merchants are asked to contact the autocrat or the  reservationist.
 
Combatant letters of intent are due to Their Majesties  by October 15.  All 
combatants, please send a copy of your arms (email  preferred) to the autocrat 
for inclusion in the program.  *Please  note:  this is in addition to sending 
it to TRM's for the shield  tree.
 
 
Attendees are asked  to carpool whenever possible.
