To the good people of Atlantia and my Beloved Barony. The schedule for
Nottinghill Coills Baronial Birthday stands as follows. All times on SST
(Scadian Standard Time) except for court and feast.

 

 

Friday

 

2pm site opens for STAFF ONLY!!!

 

5pm Site opens for everyone

 

11pm troll closes for night

 

Saturday

 

7am Breakfast in hall and Baronial officers meeting

 

8am Troll opens

 

9am breakfast ends in hall. 

 

10:30am Authorizations and inspections heavy/ rapier

              Children's activities begin. A&S Open for set up.

12 noon Heavy tourney begins. Lunch break for Children. A&S open for
competitions. Archery Begins

 

1:30pm Children's activities resume

 

2pm to 2:30 pm heavy tourney ends and rapier tourney begins.

2:30 pm Parade of fools begins Children's activity with populace support.

 

3:30 Children's activities end

 

4pm Rapier tourney ends. A&S comp ends. Archery ends.

 

5pm Court (Tentative upon TRM)

 

6:30 Feast

 

7pm Teen Tavern opens

 

8pm if feast is over dancing will commence upon individuals initiative. Fire
pits are open and allowed in designated areas.

 

10pm Teen Tavern Closes

 

12am main hall closes

 

Sunday

 

Breakfast 7am - 9am

 

9:00 am Baronial Curia

 

12 noon Site closes

 

Those gentles attending the event and staying in cabins. The cabins are open
screen windows... no shutters. An extra sheets and warm bedding advised.

 

Fire pits are available in designated areas. I will be at the site tomorrow
setting them up and working with the Director collecting wood.
