[MR] Unevent location - Rumor?

I know that I am late in replying to this email, but that's what I get for 
being busy and not checking the Merry Rose daily.

I just want to clear up one thing here:

Mistress Ceridwen was the Autocrat of both UnEvents that the (then) Shire of 
Hindscroft hosted.  A *person* cannot host an event.  The person must be 
backed and bankrolled by a group.

While it was very nice of Mistress Ceridwen to step up and AUTOCRAT the 
event (and bring with her the wonderful school Hindscroft was able to use, 
and now does not have the use of), it did not make Ramsuer or Hindscroft the 
'traditional' setting for UnEvent.
