Siegfried,
Any time your branch would be interested in hosting a Kingdom level event
they should put a bid in, not just when one has not been received. A
variety of bids to choose from usually results in higher quality and better
thought out events for the Kingdom to attend.
Autocratting and hosting events can be a very rewarding experience - in
addition to the obvious advantage of having the event in your back yard! :)
