[MR] Frappr Map of Atlantia

Just because I thought it would be fun, I set up a Frappr map for Atlantia.

If you don't know what Frappr is, it is basically a mapping service 
where you can all go, and add a 'thumbtack' onto the map to show where 
you live.  I thought it might be interesting to get a better feeling for 
where some people live in Atlantia that you see at events.

Anyway, for now I'm the only one on there.  So perhaps a few folks will 
join me?
