[MR] Competition for the next Royal Bard to be held at 12th Night

A notice to the worthy bards of Atlantia, 

 The competition to select the next Royal Bard of Atlantia will be held
at Kingdom Twelfth Night in the Barony of Dun Carraig. 

The competition is open to all storytellers, instrumentalists, and
singers who are willing and able to serve the crown of Atlantia for a
year and a day. 

 The competition will consist of three rounds. The rounds will be open
with no restriction as to the type of piece preformed, however, modern
songs and stories are not appropriate for this competition 

 A special note to storytellers, if you have a story that is quite
lengthy you may want to consider breaking it up into sections. 

The two finalists of the third round will be judged by their Majesties
in a task of their choosing. Please be aware that their majesties may
choose to have you write and perform a piece on the spot. 

(Their majesties may also choose to have you gargle "Fair Lady
Atlantia” while standing on one foot and holding a halibut in each
hand, it is their prerogative after all )
