[MR] signing scrolls

I received a lovely scroll at TnT recently for which I would love to thank  
the artist/calligrapher.  But alas, there is no signature or any indication  of 
who made the scroll.
 
May I ask if it would please be possible for all scrolls presented in the  
Kingdom to be signed with the artist/calligrapher's name?  Too often, these  
amazing people go unrecognized, and I would like to help rectify that.
