Th Postal Oriface is OUT to get Lady C.....

Most of the time you should get it within a week of the beginning of the
month.  And sometimes, no matter what, it will come 3rd week or later,
whether or not you have paid first class or not.

Inform the Chronicler, (espeically if you've paid for 1st class delivery)
and register your complaints at the Post Office for untimely delivery of
first class mail.

If you've paid for 3rd class, then I'm afraid you are at their mercies.  And
my G*d have pitu on your sub.  <wink>
