[MR] Incipient Didn't-happens?

Lady Glynis,

    I'm not sure if this has been answered already, but I don't see any 
replies in my mailbox.   I can speak for the once Incipient College of 
Marshals' Keep.  The group only exists in the hearts and minds of its 
members.  It was disolved in 1998.
