[MR] Grimm's Tents no longer renting tents

My guess is that it would be more expensive to replace all the holey moldy
smelly tents than to just bow out now.
 Kind of like a house... if you don't keep up with the repairs as they need
to be done it becomes a money pit, and eventually it's more than you're able
to pay for.
