Risking the beating this horse to death, that is what
blogs are for.  They are free, convenient, and people
can even send banners and attach the links to their
online journals to their emails to increase their
readership. 

That way they can rant to their little heart's desire
and let the world what they think of their political
candidates without spamming other people's email
boxes.
