[MR] Looking for someone to repair an old sword

My grandmother is divesting herself of lots and lots of old things, and out  
of all of it my cousin has chosen an old sword/large knife.  It is need of  
repair.  It looks to be Indonesian (or possibly Indian) and is at least 50  
years old.  My mother always knew it as "the ribtickler" becuase it is a  curvy 
blade.  My cousin would like this repaired, if it all possible.   The handle 
needs reattaching to the tang, and the scabbard needs some work  also.  If you 
know of someone in the Metro DC area that could possibly do  this please contact 
me off list so I can get the information to my cousin.
