[MR] Reminder Feast and Lunch: University

University is fast approaching and feast spaces are beginning to go
pretty quickly.  We will be estimating for a lunch crowd, but the only
sure lunch and feast spaces are the pre-reserved ones!

Bread
Roast chicken
Pasta Salad
Meat & Cheese Tarts or  Mushroom Tarts
Sweet/Unsweet Tea

The dinner meal is based upon a ceremony performed at a University in
Spain in the late 16th century whereas a graduating student was expected
to provide a feast for his fellow students and professors.  The menu is:
 
First course:
Fresh Baked Breads
Savory Toasted cheese
Salad
Stuffed Eggs
 
Second Course,
Limonada (Lemon Chicken)
Chicken Hash 
Cous Cous
Tossed Spinach & Bacon
 
Third Course
Beef in Balsamic Reduction
Blancmanger
Marinated Olives
 
Fourth Course
Flan (caramelized egg custard)
anise cookies
fruit preserves

Lunch $3
Feast/Supper $6
