Gentle Cousins, let me buy a round for everyone in the
tavern as I express my thanks to the many, many people
who helped make Crown Tournament happen last weekend.

You should all take a seat, because this is going to
take me a while!

I'd like to thank the barons Heinrich, Temur, and
Barre for coordinating site set up, and all those who
helped them; Lady Nem for bringing and setting up her
walls to separate us from the Cub Scouts; and Lady
Deborah Morrison (I know y'all think of her as Susan,
but her REGISTERED name is Deborah) for bring the
supplies to mark and light the trails, as well as the
trailer to house Troll, and Lady Szilagy Margit for
our signs.

I'd like to thank those handling parking and security,
headed by Baron Heinrich and Baron Ivan, with a lot of
assitance from Lady Deborah, Lord Corwin Silvertongue,
Lady Avalon, Fenris, Shiv, Lord Barktooth, Angus and
Kylene, Momechi, Lord Angus McTaggart, and Sean
McLoud.

I'd like to thank Baroness Barbara for coordinating
troll, ably assisted by Lady Roana de Laci, Rhys
Cantor and Milady Cassandra, Lady Szilagy Margit, and
our seatmeister, Milord Hunter.

I'd like to thank Baroness Chagan who, along with
Baron Heinrich and Baroness Barbara, tried to impart
some wisdom to a new autocrat.

I'd like to thank those who made our beautiful tokens,
Baroness Barbara, Lady Daniela, and Grainne of the
Strings, and those who worked their fingers to the
bone weaving the color coordinated cords for the
tokens: Lady Reyne Telerius, Lady Maeve FitzRobert of
York, and Baroness Cordelia FitzRobert of York.

I'd like to thank the co-feast-o-crats, Lord Seamus
O'Loughlin and Lady Maeve FitzRobert of York, and the
many wonderful members of the Bright Hills Cooks
Guild, including their mentors, Master Chirhart,
Mistress Jeanne, Baroness Cordelia, and Baroness
Rowan, with the talented assistance of our resident
artist, Lady Olwen. You folks are a Bright Hills'
autocrat's ace in the hole!

My thanks also to Baroness Cordelia for handling the
consort's breakfast, and Baroness Rowan for the Royal
lunch.

I'd like to thank Lord Simon, who showed great panache
as Master of the Hall, and that after spending the day
decorating and lighting the feast hall; and Mistress
Anne for coordinating the layout of the head table.

I'd like to thank Mistress Chryse for coordinating and
single-handedly running the children's feast, making
the event more fun for parents and their youngsters.

I'd like to thank Lady Reyne Telerius for coordinating
the merchants, and Lady Roana for handling electronic
publicity.

I'd like to thank our gracious cousins of the Barony
of Lochmere for loaning us their beautiful list fence,
and water bottles for the water bearers.

I'd like to thank our dear friends from Spiaggia
Levantina who helped serve feast, along with Lady
Aelfwynne of Boscastle, and Sir Tosch's lovely daughter
(whose name, I sorry, escapes me).

I'd like to thank Sir Tosch, his lady wife, and
children, and his squires, for their assistance with
kitchen clean up, along with Lady Ingeborg i
Trondheim. I'd like to thank Baroness Cordelia and
Lord Bruce for the hours they spent scrubbing ovens.

I'd like to thank Mistress Chryse, Mistress
Margherite, Lord Dennis, and Lady Ingeborg for
cleaning the cabin, and Lady Ingeborg and Lady Deborah
for helping scrub the small hall and the many of you
who, like the Dobbyns family, were just always there
when a hand was needed.

Forgive me, I'm sure I've left out many who deserve my
thanks. Everything that went right with this event,
happened because so many of you saw things that needed
doing and stepped up to take care of them.

I'd also like to thank our kingdom officers for
entrusting me with this event, and to our gracious
King Robert and lovely Queen Denise for their kindness
and patience, and to so many of our fellow Atlantians
for attending!

It's people like you all that make me proud to call
Atlantia my home.

Lady Yseulte
