[MR] Another good blazoning program

Blazon95 from http://petebarrett.members.beeb.net/blazon.htm is the one 
that I use. Very easy to make complex heraldry. I have tested this 
program personally in WinXP on down to Win95. Works great in all of 
them! Make sure you get the 32-bit version!
