[MR] Last Chance to Pre-Reserve (and save $3) for Siege of the Black Tower

Just a friendly reminder that Siege of the Black Tower is this coming
Saturday, in Caer Mear (Richmond, VA).  We will be having a wonderful
day of Melees, Classes, Feasting, Dancing and fun, and hope you will
join us!

reservationist, you can save $3 off the $10 site fee!  See

Feast:  At this time, there are approximately 20 seats available for
feast.  Lady Sorcha, our head cook, is preparing a delectable
selection of mouth watering foods that will tempt your pallet at a
reasonable price ($5).  Bring your feast gear and partake of a
wonderful meal.

Fighting:  The field will be available for authorizations, if needed,
beginning at 10:30 AM.  Melees will begin shortly thereafter, and the
fields will be open until everyone drops from exhaustion or 4:30 PM,
whichever comes first.  Remember:  This event is a Central Region War
Practice, so get your gear out of the closet and come on out!  Combat
Archers and Siege engineers!!!  This event is for you too.

Arts and Sciences:  There will be various competitions through the
day, including a Works in Progress competition, a Open Competition on
the theme "Siege", an Open Display, a feast table decoration contest
(on the theme of the Black Tower), and more!  Come and show off your
best stuff.  There will also be classes taught.

Dance:  We will have dancing in the hall after feast.  Lord Dominico
is organizing the ball, and he has promised it will be excellent. 
Also partake of the side board of desserts!

In short, it promises to be an excellent day to say farewell to winter
and hello to the spring.  Come on out and have an excellent day in
Rivers Point.
