Now that the day has come and gone, and I'm left sorting through the
lost and found, I wanted to thank everyone who made KASF a success!

I would like to thank Their Majesties and Her Highness, who graced us
with their presence.

I would like to thank their Excellencies Lord Geoffrey and Mistress
Maddalena, as most gracious hosts of our barony.

I would like to thank Sir Rodrigo Falcone, who encourage me when I
first presented the idea of hosting this event.

I would like to thank all of those groups and individuals who sponsored
competitions.

I would especially like to thank the many people who lent their time,
energy and tables so we would have lots of space for not only displays
and competitions, but also some "communal" area to sit and chill.

I would like to thank the people of my staff who handled many things
for me:
Arcturus for handling all the reservations and troll responsibilities;

Irmgart for making a succulent German feast;
Kathryn Rous for coordinating the competitions;
Kate Maunsel for directing the displays and demos in their setting up;
Tioresa for directing merchants and the outside demos;
Ursula for organizing dancing;
Katherine Luvel for filling in where I needed;
Idonea for breaking the speed barrier to get the cooking gear to site
on Friday.
Most of all, I would like to thank my husband, Galen of Black Diamond,
who gets roped into these things I volunteer for! He was there with me
from the first of site set up, to the last of site clean up, hauling
tables and chairs and trash, organizing servers for feast, and dealing
with the signs.

And, last, but definitely not least, I would like to thank all who
shared their craft by either display, live demos, performances or
competitions! THIS IS WHAT THIS DAY IS ALL ABOUT!

Thank you all!
Sveva Lucciola

"If the world were merely seductive, that would be easy.
If it were merely challenging, that would be no problem.
But I arise in the morning torn between the desire to improve the world,
and a desire to enjoy the world.
This makes it hard to plan the day."
