[MR] Sacred Stone Novice Tourney

Good morning!

At Sacred Stone's Novice Tourney this year I am going to be sponsoring two
competitions:

Best Novice Livery
Best Three Man Livery

Since this is Novice Tourney where we take the time to honor our newcomers
and give them a field that is a bit more level to compete on my hope is to
have those that this is their first event judge the fighters on the heavy
field to determine which one they feel is the best dressed within the Novice
ranks and then the best dressed 3-Man team.

Therefore, there are no requirements that the garb has to be heraldic nor
that you have to have documentation.

So, please, take the time to spiffy up your fighting garb, paint your
shield, and shine your helms!
