[MR] waterbearng for Midsummer Twilight Tourney

We'll be looking for  waterbearing volunteers at
Midsummers!  

We need people from about 3 in the afternoon until 
early evening.  Experienced and new waterbearers would
all be very welcome, for any part of the time that you
can manage.

I'd love to get a general count, so please drop me a
note if you think you can help.
