All Things Marshal Cavalry Schedule
Thursday, June 31
Morning: site open for arrivals at 9 am, equipment set up
Afternoon: Lists fields open for practice and authorizations between 1 - 3: 30 pm
Liability Class for authorizations   7 - 8 pm
Welcome Social    7 pm to whenever      (Everyone on site invited)

Friday, July 1
Practice:  List fields open from 8 - 9 am for practice. Rental horses available today.
Authorization Points Tourney  9 - 12 noon
Classes     1 - 2:30 pm   Liability Class
                                    Mounted Combat Discussion - THL Donwenna la Mareschale
Event officially opens at 3 pm      Check in with Troll and MOL
Baron’s Challenge: Mounted Archery Tourney  5 - 7 pm (This tourney by invitation only)
Companion of the Rose Social   8 pm - whenever     (All are invited)

Saturday, July 2
Practice:  List fields open from 8 - 9 am for practice. Rental horses available today.
Arts and Sciences competitions and displays on Cavalry theme.  Open to all.
Children’s activity
Challenge Course   9 - 11:30 am
This is the last chance for authorizations for the weekend.
Classes:    12 noon - 1:30 pm    Liability Class
                                               Scoring the Cavalry and IKEqC competitions -                                               Her Excellency Cordelia & THL Donwenna
Inter-Kingdom Equestrian Competition    2 - 4 pm
His Excellency’s Procession    All participants meet at barn approx. 5 pm.
Court and Feast      (Times to be announced at event)

Sunday, July 3
Practice:  List fields open from 8 - 9 am for practice. Rental horses available today
Emprise of the Argent Rose  9 am - 1 pm
Presentation of Combatents,  Tourney,  Argent Rose Tea
Quest      First Quest - 2 pm
               Second Quest - 4 pm

Monday, July 4:
Clean up barn, Clean up site, pack up equipment, vacate site by 1 pm.
