[MR] [marinus] Sky Anchor Work Weekend

The time is nearly upon us.  I am really looking forward to a large fire
with good companions and talk of nothing consequential - just fun and
camaraderie.

If you are planning on attending, please contact me so I can give Papa
Tertle some numbers for planning purposes.  I talked with Papa Tertle this
past Tuesday.  He is expecting us this Friday and wants to set up some
snacks / eats for Friday night.  I told him to plan for no more than 10
people Friday night.  I would really like to surprise him with a lot more
people.

The Bath House remains as the priority (so we need carpenters, handymen,
ect).

There are also several trees that are threatening one of the trailers near
the bath house that need to be removed (all are on an embankment) - so we'll
need chain saws, tensioning rigs, climbing rigs, ect.  While taking care of
those trees, Papa Tertle would also like to trim some of the trees in the
area to improve TV reception.

We still need to straighten out the electrical feed for the Bath House and
surrounding structures (including the electrical feed for the trailers of
several permanent residents).

There is also a water standpipe near the area that presently does not work.
Don't know why yet - but we should attempt to figure out how to fix it also.

There will be a work weekend at Camp Sky Anchor June 17th, 18th and 19th.
 
Bert has lined up at least 9 corpsman from the hospital that want to attend.
 
So, Gabe, DJ, Kelly, AJ, Charles, Jim, Matt, John, Jeremiah, Josh, Mike,
everyone - are ya ready?

The sailors I work with are asking if we can do another work weekend. How
does June 17-19 sound for everyone?
For SCA Highland River is the weekend before. Nothing major on the
caleneder.
