Greetings to all creative artisans in the Kingdom

    I am issueing a challenge to any and all artists in the Kingdom to participate in the Castle Battle at Pennsic. How, prey tell, can I do this? Well, my plan is in two parts. First the Castle Battle is a timed event were whomever holds the castle longest wins. So I am challenging Atlantia's creative and, dare I say, evil minds within the artisans communities to come forward and create ways to slow the enemy down! Easiest way is to get into minimum armor and authorise as a scout, and drop things onto the heads of our enemies. I am not just talking about foam bolders, be creative! Foam cows and kitchen sinks, circular blankets painted like fire to simulate burning oil, whatever your creative minds come up with. Just let me know ahead of time to let the Marshal in charge at Pennsic know about them before you build them. That way there is not any confusion once up there.

    The secound part is that I have always thought that the heroic battle within the castle is rather drab. Having banners and such on our walls whipping in the wind would look realy spiff. If, by accident, having all those banners on poles with all that fabric interfers with arrows and siege amo coming into our castle, well that is just a happy coincidence isn't it! So is any would want to help spiff up our side of the castle please let me know.
