[MR] Feast/lunch at Midsummer Twilight Tourney

Since reservations have been slow in arriving, and feast is early in the 
day, spaces for the feast are being reduced. There are about 30 
remaining. The site is about 10 miles from town, so folks not onboard 
might want to pack lunch. The canton of Attilium will be selling a 
supper. Rumor is they are grilling.
