[MR] Authorization Practice Tomorrow

Greetings to all,

Sorry for cross posting, but as time is very short in which to conduct
authorizations (only today and tomorrow).

In the northern end of the kingdom there is a crew of people who would very much
like to authorize so as to add another siege engine to Atlantia's Arsenal. 
After many weeks of work to finish the engine, and proper permission to hold an
authorization outside of an event all is finally read.  However, only this
morning  I found out that the second marshal to help with the authorization
will not be available.

I am in need of a Heavy Marshal who is also authorized in Siege Weapons, or a
second Siege Marshal, to help run these authorizations.

The crew who has worked so hard to build this engine in time for Pennsic would
be most gracious for your help in this matter.

The Siege Practice where the authorization will *hopefully* take place will
happen tomorrow afternoon (Sunday August 31) near LaPlata Maryland.  If you can
