[MR] ISO Sekanjabin recipe with Splenda

I quite enjoyed the Sekanjabin at Kingdom archery, and would love to make some.  All the recipes I have found, however, contain sugar, and the wonderful Thyme Sekanjabin at the archery tournament in VA was delish.  Not to mention refreshing.  Could the gentle who made it please share the recipe?
