I want to take this opportunity to spread the word
about a tourney at Pennsic
and invite as many Ladies of the Rose of the Known
World as possible

The Eastern Roses present the Pennsic Rose Tourney to
be held on the
Blue Tourney Field on Monday August 15 at 4PM.

Any Queen, Princess or Lady of the Rose may sponsor
one unbelted
fighter for this double elimination tourney. If you
are unable to
attend, a letter of presentation may be sent with your
sponsored
unbelted fighter.

We wish to see the finest examples of heraldry,
courtesy, chivalry,
and honor. To recognize these ideals of Our Society,
Queens,
Princesses and Ladies of the Rose in attendance are
invited to
present personal tokens to any fighter they wish to
recognize.

Prizes will be provided for the winner of the tourney,
the fighter
who exhibits the best death, the most courteous
fighter, the best
heraldic display, and the most comedic fighter.
