[MR] Atlantia Digest, Vol 30, Issue 23

As I recall, the Atlantian Crown DESIGN competition
ended March 5th; there was to be another, separate
competition for the execution of said design. I don't
trust my metalwork skills sufficiently to make a crown
yet, and therefore didn't save the details on the
second competition. Hopefully someone else did.
