To any who are interested in the Thyme Sekanjabin that I made using Splenda for Kingdom archery, I basicly followed the reciepe form "A Miscellany" substituting splenda for the sugar....
For a 2 liter soda bottle of syrup (good for 4-8 gallons depending upon how strong you like it)
5 cups water, bring it to simmer
add 2 cups wine vinegar, return to simmer and then turn off the heat
add 8 cups of splenda, stir to disolve
add 2 hands full of thyme (or rosemary or mint)
let it cool some, strain off the herbs, and pour into a clean 2 liter soda bottle and screw on lid. As the flavored syrup cools, it will seal the bottle lid tighter. The syrup is good for some time without refridgeration. Delute to taste with ice water.

hope all will enjoy--
