[MR] A question about new crown fabrication bids

I'm posting again from another e-mail address since I seem to be having
problems.

A month or so ago I remember reading an e-mail requesting bids toward
making the new Atlantian Crowns.  My housemate remembers me reading the
e-mail to him, so I know I'm not crazy.  However I can't remember which
list I saw the posting on and I can't find the e-mail again.  IIRC, there
was a deadline of September to get the bids in and there was a link to
more information.

If anyone else has a copy of it, could you please send it to me?  I need
the link information.
