McCrae for becoming the 10th Kingdom Archery Champion of Atlantia...

The shooting was excellent, the weather was not.

For those that don't know, the heat index hit 106 degrees, and while we 
started with around 75 archers out there, I think perhaps only 30-40 
actually finished the course for the day.  Many were dropping themselves 
from the competition because of the heat, and some other had to be 
treated by the Chirurgeons due to the heat.

It was definately a gruelling day, and in the end, we had to cancel 
almost HALF of the shooting due to the heat.

I also wish to apologize to all archers that were there, that hindsight 
being 20/20, I should have cut back on all the distance shooting earlier 
in the day to allow us to get through the 'fun rounds' before the heat 
dropped us all.  However, at the time, I had no idea that the heat was 
going to continue to get worse as it did (in fact, my stronger worries 
then were about the timescale - as we were still expecting a 
thunderstorm to appear and to slow down the shooting that way).
