UPDATES:
There will be a period dessert competition held at 12:30 on Saturday.  Documentation will be reviewd by a panel of judges. With the entrant's permission, any portions remaining will be used to enhance Queen's Tea.

Queen's Tea will begin at 1:30.  Cooks who wish to prepare other than period foods or do not have time to assemble documentation are encouraged to enter their dessert for a popular vote contest. (Who's tastes best)  

Questions regarding the A&S dessert competion may be directed to Lady Aislinn and those regarding Queen's Tea to Rosemary Teas.  Their information is available on the website above.


Also-their will be heavy and rapier authorization on Friday evening.
