The kingdom badge would go farther to the wearer's right (the heraldic dexter side) because it is of higher rank.
 
Strictly speaking, heraldically, if you're wearing the Baronial badge you've no need for the Atlantian badge because the Barony is included within the Kingdom - like one of those logic statements: If Windmaster's Hill is part of Atlantia and you're a part of windmaster's Hill, etc. . . . 
 
But for recognition at an event like Pennsic, it would not be out of character to wear both. Spike is pretty well known, so by all means show your colours!
 
One who is also in a household that has a badge would put the household badge to the left of the Baronial. 
 
Hmmm, the most I could suppose one might wear, if one were in a household, and dwelt in a Canton of a Barony of a Principality of a Kingdom . . . that would be five. And if one were also in an organized regional unit like the Company of the Bay . . . well, I hope they've enough room on their surcotes!
 
By the way, if you put the badges on the back as well, their placement relative to each other should be the same. That is, the Atlantian  badge should be to the VIEWER's left, which on the back is also the wearer's left . . . have I thoroughly confused you now?
