Special requests
As we come closer to the days of our event, our hosts at Marietta Mansions
have asked that I pass on a few requests.
Safety first-please have your participants park along the woods side of the
gravel road on the upper field leading to the lower field. They may unload
camping gear on the lower field; stay on the gravel road if the grounds are
wet. NO PARKING ON OR NEXT TO THE GRAVEL CIRCLE ON THE LOWER FIELD. The
area must be left free for emergency vehicles to enter and exit.

Consideration-Due to behavior of other groups using the property they have
asked that
I remind everyone to be considerate of the property and their neighbors.
This means

*	Leave no trace of glass containers on site. Take containers with you
when you leave or use the recycling bins. Clean up all broken glass. Broken
glass is becoming a significant concern.

*	Use only established fire rings. DO NOT dig firepits. Sand is
available to make a base on the surface for the fire. Do not use fire pits
for burning non-wood items.

*	Be considerate of noise after dark

. Put all trash in the small dumpster and recycling in the recycling
bins.
. We may use the straw bales, but they must be returned at the end of
the event (and are not to be used for children's forts). We may use
firewood. Charred wood needs to be soaked and disposed of, unused wood needs
to be restacked neatly.

All of their requests come down to the simple request of
LEAVE THE SITE AS YOU FOUND IT OR BETTER!
