[MR] Northern Regional War Practice: Sunday July 10: now with COMBAT ARCHERY!

Greetings all valiant heavy fighters of Atlantia -

Harken, the trumps are calling Atlantia to war! Have you swung that new 
sword? Have your spears been re-tapped? Has your armor been battle 
tested? And, has your unit practiced manouvers? This will be the last 
Northern Practice before Pennsic, come ready to test your mettle.

I am pleased to announce that the Barony of Storvik will host a Northern
Regional Melee Practice on Sunday July 10th starting at 11am (the day 
after Novice Tourney - so why not show up a day early and enjoy the event?).

The simple plan for the day will be:
11am - 3pm: More Melees than you can shake a stick at
3pm - All must be off site.

This Northern Regional Practice will have COMBAT ARCHERY! So come
prepared with plenty of ammunition.

The melees will be based on the various scenarios for Pennsic and will
include open field as well as resurrection battles.

  From south of 495 Washington Beltway on 95.

Merge onto I-495 E/I-95 N/CAPITAL BELTWAY toward BALTIMORE.  Merge onto
MD-202 E/LANDOVER RD via EXIT 17A toward UPPER MARLBORO.  Turn LEFT onto
LOTTSFORD RD.  Turn LEFT onto MD-193 W/ENTERPRISE RD. Continue to follow
MD-193 W.  Turn LEFT onto BELL STATION RD.  End at 5626 Bell Station Rd,
Glenn Dale, MD 20769-9120 US.

  From the north

Make your best way to MD 295 (Washington Baltimore Parkway).  Merge onto
MD-295 S.  Take the exit toward MD-193/GREENBELT/GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT
CENTER.  Take the ramp toward MD-193/COLLEGE PARK/UNIV OF MD/GLENN
DALE/NASA.  Turn LEFT onto SOUTHWAY.  Turn LEFT onto MD-193 E/GREENBELT
RD. Continue to follow MD-193 E.  Turn SHARP RIGHT onto BELL STATION
RD.  End at 5626 Bell Station Rd, Glenn Dale, MD 20769-9120 US.
