Better to do spoof at paypal.com or spoof at Ebay.com

They'll take care of it directly!

Subject: [MR] OT: Sending spam to FTC

I got another one of those PayPal scams. This one wanted my debit card
info. So I went to the PayPal site through a KNOWN PayPal link. They
suggested sending spam emails to the FTC at:

SPAM at UCE.GOV

Yes, it takes an extra moment to forward the spam to the FTC and my local
provider (spamreport at cox.net), but I will do it. I want the spammers to get
into as much trouble as possible.

Hope this helps someone,
