Subject: Siege of Glengarry X Brewing Competition Rules

Highland Foorde is a vibrant and growing barony of northern Atlantia. We have been working to develop the western region where we have been setting up a colony. This settlement will manage the resources of this area which will provide much-needed farmland, meadows for grazing, and vast timber stands.

The Kingdom of Æthelmearc surrounds this colony, on three sides, and it is connected to us by only one road running through a dangerous and narrow, mountain passage. Rumors abound that the citizens of AEthelmearc’s borderlands are suspicious of our intentions, fearful even of an invasion (Sept 24th weekend), and are conspiring to barricade the Western Road.

We have received word that in preparation for the next attack, Sylvan Glen is readying its stores. One thing being done to prepare is the restocking of ales, meads, and such, in hopes of having enough to survive the siege. (We hear their medicinal stores of liqueurs is getting dangerously low.) We must be ready to meet the demands of a strong resistance.

As such, the Shire of Sylvan Glen is proud to announce the return of the brewing and vinting competition, in celebration of this 10th anniversary of the Siege of Glengarry.

(We will send out event updates and changes as needed. Please contact us with any questions. Email Lady Theodora Quennell, Sylvan Glen Arts & Sciences at ladyquenn at aol.com)
