Come one, come all, to the most twisted classes at university!!!

Seriously... it's twisting thread to make fabric, and it's FUN. 

Learn the ancient art of sprang. And no, it's not just for Vikings anymore! Coptic/Middle Eastern, Viking, Scandinavian, English, German, early period, late period (and some in between that I haven't found documentation for yet, but I'm workin' on it) ... they all did it. Learn more about the history and geography of sprang, and the method to making your own nifty spranged stuff, in my Beginning Sprang class. 10-12 on university day. 

Already know the basics? Want to know how to do the nifty textured patterns or the twining? Then join me in the afternoon for Intermediate Sprang. In this one, you'll learn how to take your sprang a little further than just a water bottle cover or a pouch. I'll even give some pointers for shaped sprang. Yup! You, too, can make sprang mittens or stockings, just in time for Ymir! :)  Class is 1:30-3:30.
