Greetings to you all!

This is a gentle reminder that the deadline for reservations at the "Early
Bird" rate is less than 2 weeks away! To take advantage of the discounted
pricing, reservations must be received by 1/31/2005 (only one week from
today!). Of course we will continue to accept reservations after that date

We have many activities planned for the day and hope that you will be able
to join us for the festivities. The Cooks Guild has planned a wonderful
feast that includes venison and savoury toasted cheese, among other tasty
treats. As always, contact us with any dietary concerns.

A lunch will be served (included in the price of the site fee).
