[MR] GULF WARS REMINDER

Greeting Atlantia!
While I am sure everyone is still basking in the glow of 12th Night (I am still trying to get warm after 12th Night in Finland..brrrrrrrr...although the Fins told me it was warm for Finland in January!!), I need to remind you that you only have until the 31st of January to pre-register for Gulf Wars. 
I am sorry to say that as of now, we DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH ATLANTIANS SIGNED UP TO RESERVE LAND!!!!!! There are a couple of people representing groups who have written me, but I have not gotten any confirmation. I need this ASAP or we may risk not being assigned land, which means banishment to single camping or risk being stuck last minute with the dogs again! Please make sure when you are registering that you put "Atlantia" under the group you are camping with. And, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE write me and let me know if you are planning to go! 
Please remember I need the following on you or each member of your group:
Mundane Name
SCA Name
Registered (Y or N)
Tent size and type (including any flys, etc.)
Date of arrival
Home Barony 
And if you want to be camped with a particular group

If you want to go, but will be unable to pre-register for some reason, please write me as well. 

Please also remember as you make your plans that ONLY STAFF are allowed on site on Sunday, so if you are traveling down early, you will need to make arrangements for Sunday evening.
