My wife, Fu'il, went to Outer Mongolia this summer.

She negotiated for a free yurt. A real one. For free.

The paperwork has just now worked its way thru the bureaucracy and the yurt can now be
picked up in Pittsburgh, PA.

We would have to pick it up when the museum it is at is open, which I suspect is
limited to M-F from 9am-3pm or thereabouts.

Given that we've got a whopping car repair bill coming up, we're loath to rent a
uhaul truck for $300 or so. But we need to pick it up fairly soon.

Would anyone with a really big truck (and the ability to tow a uhaul trailer) be
interested in picking me up in DC and continuing on to Pittsburgh, then
loading up the Yurt and bringing it back to Fayetteville?

It's got 80 or so wooden poles, a big wooden ring at the top, and lots and lots
and lots of felt. In other words, it's big and probably heavy. And given it's
wool, and *old* wool, it probably smells.

But, here's the deal:

We'll pay for gas and food. The uhaul trailer. And we'll make you a costume and
some other nifty things like pouches, shoes, cups, bowls, plates, or gameboards.
For those of you who don't know Fu'il, she's an *extremely* talented costumer and artisan.
(I'm allowed to brag about her, I'm justifiably proud of her!)

Plus host you for a fun-filled weekend in Fayetteville, NC, where we have the special forces and airborne museum, a 1/10 size Eiffel Tower, and a group of really nice folks to hang out with.

And let you sleep in the yurt on occasion. :)

Anyone interested?
