[MR] Help request for 12th Night

Greetings from Yaakov:

I will be going to 12th Night and am in need of a bit of help. Because 
it is Sabbath, I will be working to the event from the hotel (the 
website says approx. 2 miles).  I am not permitted to carry on Sabbath. 
  Is anyone staying at the hotel Friday night who could bring a few 
things with them to the event site?
