perhaps the best course of action is to simply ignore
the regulations. first they have to catch us. then
they have to know the laws. then they have to care
enough about an obscure agricultural law to bring
charges. then they have to convince a jury that we are
both in violation of the law, and that being in
violation of those laws constitutes an offense. 

barring that unlikely course of events, we should
continue as normal. remember that passing a law and
enforcing a law are two seperate things.
