Feast for the Atlantia Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival will be a
German Feast of three courses, representing Karneval (Mardi Gras),
Fastenzeit (Lent) and Osterfest (Easter).

Karneval
Bratwurst mit Braun Senff (Sausage with brown mustard)
Rot Kraut (Red Cabbage)
Käsebrot (Bread and Cheese)
Apfelkuchen (Apple Tart)

Fastenzeit
Rauchforelle (Smoked Trout)
Senff zum Stockfish (Mustard for Dried Cod, a pear mustard)
Weisse Ruben (White Roots)
Rote Ruben Salat (Red Beet Salad)
Heidenische erweiz  (Bohemian Peas)

Osterfest
Brathähnchen (Roast Chicken)
Swallenberg Sause (Swallenberg Sauce)
Linsen (Lentils)
Spenat (Spinach)
Sackkiechlen (Filled Buns)
