Her Excellency is still having trouble posting to the Rose directly and has
asked me to post this for her.

Greetings all!

Thanks to everyone who has confirmed your details with me. With the latest
numbers, it looks like we have 105 Atlantians who will be in attendance!! This
is GREAT news! There are still a couple of you I need to hear from, so
please make sure to drop me a line when you have a moment.
I am happy to say that the cabin arrangements have now been confirmed (if
you are in the cabin and want more details, please contact me off list) and we
have submitted our land request, and are anxiously awaiting our land
assignment. I will report on what that assignment is the minute I hear something.
If you have any questions about traveling down, or the site or facilities,
please feel free to let me or Lord Grendel know. We will be happy to help. The
most important thing to remember about Gulf Wars is that it WILL rain...it
is just a matter of when and how much. Come prepared!!! If you need ideas or
help on how to prepare for camping in Meridies in March, please let me know
:-)!
Speaking of help......there will be lots of help needed to set the camp up
on Monday, so if you are arriving that day, it would be greatly appreciated if
can allocate some of your day to pitch in and get the camp looking nice.
I am looking for someone who might have a bit of spare room in their vehicle
to bring down the Kingdom Sheet Walls, so if you would be able to assist
with this, please let Grendel and I know. Also, along the lines of help....I
currently plan for this to be the last year that I fill the position of
Atlantia's Land Agent for Gulf Wars (six years is a nice round number I think
:-)!!!).
Lord Grendel has been SO helpful in years past, and this year has thus far
been no exception and he will be very prepared to take on the job next year,
should TRM at that time see fit. However, he will need a deputy of his own, so
if you are interested, please feel free to talk to either one of us about
what is involved so that you can get on board for next year.

Thanks to everyone thus far who has helped to get all the organizational
stuff done and again, if there is any help or additional info Grendel or I can
provide, please feel free to let us know!
