When I have problems with postal services(no not with the
Acorn-I pay the first class fee) I contact the Office of
Consumer Advocate. Such office advocates the rights of postal
consumers.  Their address is U.S. Postal Service 475 L'Enfant
Plaza SW Room 5801, Washington, DC 20260-2202.  Telephone number
202-268-2284.  If you have contacted them in the past without
success then please disregard this information.
