Nope, that's not Spike. (For those just tuning in, Spike is a unicornate
NATURAL seahorse, as in, the aquarium critter with a unicorn-horn coming
out of its forehead.)
The ban on adding unicorn-horns to random critters applies to sea-critters
as well, but a plain heraldic sea-horse (as described above) should be
unexceptionable.
