[MR] Spike for War time Muster Banners and Army Badges.

why? if im standing at the field ready to fight i doubt that seeing a
banner with spike (the way i wish we had something more medieval) on a pole
would cause me to think there was a meeting of the atlantian brewers guild
being held there. any color background with any color seahorse (really, is
there any creature in the world, save the slug, that is less threatening
than a seahorse?) would tell me where i need to go.

Some people are like Slinkies: not really good for anything, but you still
can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

Perhaps that is just the point. With Spike everywhere and meaning
Atlantia in a few hundred different ways, perhaps we need something
just a little more specific...
