On the other hand, I REALLY appreciate business missives that ARE business
missives and not couched in "Ye Olde Speake" (AKA "forsoothly")!!!
Alisoun, Golden Dolphin
Who has spent a lot of time over the past 25+ years explaining to people
that telephone is a more period usage than farspeaker and that, if you
really rode inside a dragon, you'd probably arrive at your event
well-digested. . .

My Dear Eógan mac Ailpein, Triton Principal Herald,
What I would like to see in your future reports to the Known World are
missives more grounded and versed in the language and season we endevor to
re-create.
To be frank, and I always am (just ask anyone!), I do not expect my Tirtion
Herald to be mundane or brash! ( Please note that I do not decline
whimsical! )
Welcome to your new post. If there is any possible way I may make
contribution to your post or contribution to Our Dream, do not hesitate to
ask. I look forward to meeting you, if not before Crown Tourney, then at
that another celebration.
Cariad a heddwch (love and peace)
(please forgive any mis-spellings, I can barely see the screen any longer)
THLady Olwen the Odd, Merry Prankster!
Barony of Bright Hills
Kingdom of Atlantia!
**OMG**!! I can almost envision the pranks!
